Elite runs across the same 12-week structure as Rebuild — but with greater intensity, more direct clinical involvement, and a program built entirely around you. In Elite, Dr Jonathan Maszak personally delivers your weekly 1:1 consultations and oversees every aspect of your program — from initial assessment through to discharge and the 12-month maintenance plan.

The 12-month maintenance plan

Elite includes a 12-month post-program maintenance priority plan — ensuring you maintain the structural gains made during your program and have direct access to care if needed in the year following discharge. Priority scheduling, ongoing Shift Rehab app access, and clinical check-ins as needed.
The goal of Elite is full resolution and long-term resilience — not ongoing dependency on treatment. The 12-month plan exists to protect your recovery, not extend it indefinitely.
