Types of Care

Care matched to
your goals.

Not everyone needs the same thing. Some people want an ache settled and nothing more. Others are ready to fix a problem at its source and build a spine that holds. So we keep it simple: two core types of care, and you may need one or both to get where you want to be.

The two core types

Relief and Rebuild. One, or both.

Most journeys begin with Relief, settling what is bothering you. For a complex or persistent problem, Rebuild goes further, rebuilding strength and tracking your progress. Your assessment is where we work out which one fits, and there is never any pressure to take on more than you need.

Type one

Relief

Care when you need it, and nothing you don't. Hands-on chiropractic or gentle decompression to settle an everyday ache or a flare, pay as you go, with no program to keep up.

Type two

Rebuild

Room to heal, strength to keep it. A structured, supervised program bringing the right treatment together with coached strength and 4-weekly Shift Score tracking. By assessment only.

A person may need one, the other, or both.

Plenty of people start with Relief, feel the difference, and step up to Rebuild when they are ready. Others rebuild first, then keep things ticking over with the occasional visit. What we have learned about your spine carries across either way, so moving between them is a smooth step, never starting again.

How We Measure

The Shift Score: five markers, re-checked every 4 weeks, so your progress is a number you can see rather than a matter of opinion.

Correct. Confirm. Protect. Care that meets you where you are, and takes you where you want to be.

The first step is the same for everyone

Start with a Spinal Health Assessment.

Whichever path is right for you, it begins the same way. Your clinician examines your spine, talks through what you want to get back to, and recommends the care that actually fits, Relief, Rebuild, or something else entirely.
