Who are these memberships for?
They are for patients already in ongoing care who want their regular sessions kept simple and consistent. The Chiropractic Membership suits people in ongoing hands-on care. The Decompression Membership is for patients already assessed as suitable for MT Core Smart Decompression, typically in a protection or ongoing-care phase.
If you are new to Shift, start with an initial consultation or a Spinal Health Assessment first. We will assess you, give you a diagnosis and a plan, and a membership is there if ongoing care turns out to be the right fit.
Which one is right for me?
It follows your care. If your ongoing care is hands-on chiropractic, the Chiropractic Membership fits. If you are on regular decompression, the Decompression Membership fits. If you have both, or you are not sure, your clinician will point you to the right one, and there is no wrong choice you cannot change later.
Can I claim through my private health fund?
Chiropractic is claimable through most private health funds with extras cover. You are invoiced for each session, which you submit to your fund to claim your rebate in the usual way. Rebate amounts vary by fund and policy.
Decompression is not claimable through private health funds.
How does each membership work?
You sign up via GoCardless and your fee is debited monthly, $65 for the Chiropractic Membership or $80 for the Decompression Membership. That covers one session of the relevant type each month, plus the included member resources. Any additional sessions in the same month are charged at your member rate.
Do unused sessions roll over?
Yes, on both memberships. If you do not use your monthly session, it carries over to the next month, so it is there when you need it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancel anytime with no penalties. There is no lock-in period on either membership. Just let us know before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
Which locations do these cover?
Both memberships are valid at both Shift Spinal Health locations: 101 Grange Road, Allenby Gardens and 309 Unley Road, Malvern.
